Our focus is on treating (cleaning and maintaining) water systems in a variety of applications using a suite of proprietary green technology products without the use of corrosive chemicals. With over 40 years of water system experience, we provide a range of products that combine treatment and prevention in to one simple process, starting by removing any existing fouling, scaling, corrosion and bio-growth issues and forming a protective, inhibitive layer to seal interior surfaces in order to prevent any further damage and also to promote healing of damaged areas.

Managed treatment and compliance services.

For clients in the Lower Mainland and Greater Victoria, we offer complete managed treatment and compliance services, which includes:
- Bi-weekly or monthly inspections and physical and digital log sheet updates, including testing for temperature irregularities, pH, dissolved oxygen, filters (if applicable), water clarity, total dissolved solids (TDS), and microbial counts.
- Water sample analysis for the presence of Legionella pneumophila and Legionella non-pneumophila.
- Monthly reporting and regular compliance services with either the City of Vancouver or the City of Victoria or applicable municipality(ies).
- Annual titration test for augmented assurance of water treatment program efficacy.
- Addition of product(s) as required, based on testing results.
- General repair, maintenance, replacement, or upgrading of water system components such as filters, valves, indicators, gauges, and feeders (estimates and recommendations provided and approved prior to any work being completed).
- Access to cloud-based client records such as test results, log sheets, notes, and pertinent account information.
- Access to in-house, local systems and laboratory expertise as needed.

- Bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly inspections and physical and digital log sheet updates, including testing for temperature irregularities, pH, dissolved oxygen, filters (if applicable), water clarity, total dissolved solids (TDS), and microbial counts.
- Annual titration test for augmented assurance of water treatment program efficacy.

For clients across Canada, we offer product or testing only, as well as subscription services, which can include:
- Water sample analysis for the presence of Legionella pneumophila and Legionella non-pneumophila.
- Water sample analysis for other microbiology or chemistry queries, upon request.
- Products and supplies from our core lineup such as SystemClear Basic, Intermediate or Advanced, WaterWet Low-Foam Wetting Agent (LFWA), TestTabs, or dipslides.
- Miscellaneous supplies and equipment such as filters, isolation valves, gauges, indicators, pot feeders, and more.
- Access to cloud-based client records such as test results, notes, and pertinent account information.
